Thousands of Hillary Clinton's private emails will hit the Internet on New Year's Eve thanks to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that permits the State Department to wait until the end of each month to release the documents.
The holiday email release will mark the eighth time the agency has published a batch of Clinton's records according to the monthly schedule. The first release came in May of this year and contained fewer than 300 emails, all of them related to Benghazi.
Clinton's use of a personal server to shield her private emails from the public hobbled the early days of her presidential campaign.
In the weeks since, her poll numbers have rebounded and speculation about whether the email controversy could cost her the nomination has largely abated.

I was so disappointed in that.
I think that is the take-away. All this time, I thought Gowdy could cram this thing down her throat and time it perfectly for the general election moment of choice.
After McCarthy sabotaged the Republican Party, the nation and the world, I’m not sure what can be resurrected after that fatal blow.
There is one caveat though. Gowdy just may have had something worth sabotaging. It’s probably been destroyed by now, but McCarthy surely could not be that ROVE-STUPID, without a reason, could he?

My guess is that it the most damaging emails will be in this batch. This is the release that will be most widely ignored.

Nah .... New Year’s Eve is a good excuse to get drunk (not that she needs one).
Ignored by the MSM, of course. But you can bet Team Trump will be perusing them carefully for ammo.
Actually is pretty much across the board. If you want no one to see your news Friday Afternoon is good. Thursday afternoon before New Year’s Eve, before a long weekend is made for releasing bad news.
We used to send out rate increase notices this time of year. No one noticed until February.

emails are solidly redacted. They are also released to ?. No one sees them. Some are referred to in posts on FR or other sites. Soesn’t ever seem to be a link to the actual emails. We just have to take everyone(MSM) word for it.

They’re hoping everyone will be drunk when they do it.
Actually, I am thinking they are hoping there will be some major news (attack maybe) that combined with the holiday will completely bury whatever is in the emails from the news cycle for weeks, at which point they can then brush it off as old news.
She should have been jailed for this this. The DNC is showing it is lawless by running her as a candidate, period.
Oh boy .. are we having an email-reading party on New Year’s Eve ..??
