Hannity and Hodges Expose Obama’s Gun Control/Confiscation Agenda

"According to my sources, Obama will ultimately implement the following gun control regulations, mostly through a series of Executive Orders."

1. Tax ammunition into oblivion and encourage the prosecution of gun manufacturers and bullet producers for shootings using their products. This is a given and will be rolled out very early in the form of an Executive Order.
2. The Federal government will purchase as much ammunition as possible in order to create shortages, thus, driving up the price of ammunition.
3. The prohibition of purchasing a gun in one state and transporting that same gun across state lines.
4. New Federal regulations which will permit, without a warrant, any civil authority to enter a home of a registered gun owner to check for gun safety when it comes to the “proper” storage of guns. Said gun can be confiscated and the owner will be subject to arrest and fines if a gun does not meet governmental storage regulations. The new regulations will be devised to prevent one from using the gun in a moment’s notice.
5. There is discussion among DoJ officials about limiting how guns, in the aggregate, that can be stored in one geographic area. This will amount to gun rationing.
6. Gun owners will eventually be required to attend and pass gun safety courses in the same manner as one renews their drivers license. This will, again, drive up the cost of owning a gun.
7. At some point, no doubt following a false flag event, an Executive Order will be issued to overturn all conceal and carry laws currently in place in several states.
8. With regard to Child Protective Services investigations, any gun-owning parent will receive an negative score when it comes to investigation of child abuse and welfare cases.
9. No veteran will be allowed to own a gun for an unspecified period of time following their discharge from the service. As part of the VA reform there is serious discussion about mandating outplacement counseling for all veterans and gun prohibitions will be a part of this. I was told that this is, in part, why all the Federal attention is being placed on streamlining the VA process for veteran access.
10. The scope of gun free zones will be expanded. The IRS will be given policing powers on new gun control regulations. Bank accounts and homes can be seized for failure to comply. Further, RICO statutes can be utilized among the non-compliant. It was stressed to me that examples will be made of protesters and non-compliant people.
11. Obama will wait for the next false flag, but will announce a ban on all assault rifles.

There’s going to be a huge march on Washington with people carrying signs that they “Will Not Comply” and “I’m a Refusnik” to let Obama and his Regime know that this is a non starter. (sarc) Yeah, right! The realization that more action is needed than dashing off a check to the NRA and putting a sticker on your windshield just isn’t resonating. If things like that had any effectiveness at all we wouldn’t be at this juncture. If this goes down, we’re toast, done.

OTrauma is reluctant to even tighten down the definition of a 'Dealer' for the ATF, knowing, as he does, the numerous lawsuits and court rulings that will hamstring such an action.

I think he’ll try but as with everything else, he will fail.

He knows he’s only got a year. The way government works, it takes linger than that to print the memos. The next president will surely be a republican if he implements this and all will be overturned.

I foresee lots of tragic boating accidents soon.

The dude that wrote this, this “Hodges” fellow, also has no clue how EO’s work. EO’s *do not* apply to State laws whatsoever, and in a few places, the author claims the EO would supercede State law.

Maybe in his dreams after a night of drugs, debauchery and drinking. I'm sure he would love to do all this stuff -- and would have done so immediately after his reelection if he could have. No doubt he'll make some noise and do some things but he can't do anything major at this point.

Back around 1934, I believe the NRA had an article about what would happen if the government wanted to tax guns out of existence. in the article, a man tries to buy a box of .22 shells and has to fork over $200 in tax for a small box of 50.

The taxation part alone requires passage through Congress, starting in the House of Representatives.

Most of the rest couldn't happen not only because they also require Congressional authorization, but also because they would rely too heavily on localities that have neither the manpower nor inclination to engage, and would simply ignore Federal orders. For example, what happens when CPS demands police escort for EVERY home visit, and the cops say "no."?

Come on! You really think it helps our cause to cook up irrational claims? Any such “hints” by nobama is no more than more scare tactic, never to be actually tried. He and the liberals well know any such harsh moves on the 2nd Amendment will generate significant and potentially deadly backlash.

EO’s only impose upon Federal Government.

Taxes are created by Congress.

At the very worst, all any such EOs will be on hold pending Law Suits.

Forgot to add the following before submitting my last post ...

The “rule of law” requires not only that laws are legitimately passed with the consent (even if passive consent) of the governed, but ALSO that the public abides by them and that they are enforceable.

When you have mass civil disobedience (such as non-compliance) and laws are shown to be unenforceable, the rule of law in general starts to break down. People stop RESPECTING both the law and the authority of both those who passed it AND are tasked with enforcing it.

The Liberals are really playing with fire on this one. And like dumb spoiled kids they either don’t realize it, or think that they can bully their way into “winning”
