I think you’re right. At first I watched Trump with quiet amusement. Now I’m taking hi seriously. Cruz has zero chance of winning the Illinois primary. Trump does.
For now he’s got my vote. He ain’t perfect, but he’ll do.
L
CRUZ has support in my neck of the Illinois woods.
Cruz’ chances are where he planted his platform— with evangelicals, in Iowa and presumably in the South.
I wonder what happens when Cruz runs out of evangelicals?
TRUMP is doing fine in Iowa, and in the South as well, and he’s where he needs to be on the issues of Life, liberty and religious freedom, so that evangelicals are not boxed in with Cruz and can go with the big guy that is sweeping the nation— the one wrecking the emotional health of the GOPE, everywhere.
TRUMP, 2016
Illinois is not that unusual .. it’s leans heavily toward the DemocRATS. And .. while the DNC won’t admit it .. a lot of DemocRATS are supporting Trump.
But, right next door is Indiana, which leans heavily GOP.
I don’t think the DNC has come to grips with Trump making headway into their voters.
In fact, I’ve been wondering if the reason the left is so against Trump is, they see Trump encroaching on their supposed territory .. WORKERS.
