Gowdy is wrong. Rubio is not a Conservative. Nobody who pushes amnesty is a Conservative. Also, Rubio is not a natural born citizens, has accomplished nothing to make me believe he could handle being POTUS.

Cowdy is just exposing that he likewise is not looking out for the best interest of this country.

Ok. What started as a joke about Trump pulling his offer of AG to Gowdy, which of course was never a formal offer, has gotten way too serious. I honestly don’t care enough about Twitter to know the difference between a post and a repost. And I’m not sure it matters.

That said:
Gowdy endorsing Rubio gives me less confidence in Trey. Especially considering how poorly Rubio is polling. I don’t get it. Why hitch your trailer to a clunker with a flat tire? Makes me wonder who called in what favor...

Gowdy is playing Russian Roulette with his political career. He has decided to cast his lot with the GOPe, which will disqualify him for any high position in a Cruz or Trump administration. Gowdy’s endorsement will do nothing for Rubio’s chances of beating Cruz and Trump in Iowa. All Gowdy has done is reinforced Rubio’s reputation as a RINO.

I agree that Gowdy’s endorsement will hurt him more than it will help Rubio.
