There is plenty of negative to W’s presidency but compared to his predecessor and his successor he was still a rose between two thorns.

For Bush, it was about the country and the people; for Obama it is all about the Obama’s. Remember when the government was “shutdown” and kids throughout America couldn’t visit the White House or other areas in D.C.? Also remember at the same time the Obama kids still got to go to the Carribean for their spring break — they found government money for that, but not for American children. The Obama’s are pitiful!

The Politically-Correct crowd will never admit it, but the troops loved Dubya. Us ex-military as well, as we all knew that whatever his other faults, he supported us completely.

If you do an internet search, you will find times that he would appear unannounced and with no press people at a hospital where a wounded vet or several was undergoing treatment, simply to show his support and thank him for his service. The hospital staffs all loved him as well, because they knew he was not there politicizing but because he honestly cared.
