Chocolate gingerbread? Gingerbread is brown but I never heard of putting chocolate in it. White icing would have fixed it!

Good question. I can't find anything about the cost. There are quite a few articles about how wonderful the decorations have been over the years, but nothing that I can find about how much taxpayers are being gouged for them.
