I go to Facebook about once a month now. Its such a meaningless platform for anything other than keeping in touch and sharing photos.
I was on Facebook for a month, caught up with a few relatives and that was it. I saw people putting pictures of their young children and grandchildren on it and thought, is this wise in the world of today?
I got trapped on “Facebook” several years ago for a few
months; then finally saw a way off that timesucker.
I use the regular post office and phone for any communication.
A friend’s daughter-in-law would get on Facebook and post
photos of all her new purchases and redecorating projects,
then post all their big vacation plans, where they were
going, when they were leaving & when they would return.
Then one day when they came home from a trip; they’d been
cleaned out of all their fancy possessions.
Geee—Didn’t Zuckerberg & his wife just have a daughter?
What does he think might happen to her???
