Ahh yes, the old find-a-picture-of-Dindu Nuffin-in-a-cap-and-gown routine, another tactic that's become cliche. It goes back to the days of the Bernie Goetz trial in 1985. The Daily Skews, NY Crimes, and the local TV news stations incessantly posted a pic of one of his "victims" in the grad get-up, I believe it was James Ramseur. Interesting story about him, Goetz' trial was delayed because just before he was to testify for the prosecution he and an accomplice got themselves arrested for brutally raping a neighbor of his, who was 7 months pregnant at the time. After serving 25 yrs he was found dead of an overdose in 2011 in a "no-tel" motel in the Bronx
