Juan’s facebook page has a Jerome Westbrook that appears to be around 60 according to search engines.

I did notice that a few of the Westbrook’s seem to be educated to some degree.
But not enough of them.
I get the impression from his mama’s Facebook page that she might be a former street girl herself.
