MINNEAPOLIS (AP/WCCO) — Protesters with Black Lives Matter gathered briefly in the rotunda at Mall of America before moving outside and boarding the Blue Line Light Rail Train. They then got off at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport in an attempt to shut it down.
Shortly after 2 p.m., the group tweeted a video showing protesters blocking traffic at the airport.

[Jamar] Clark had previous encounters with law enforcement and pleaded guilty to two felony counts.[6]
The first was for first-degree aggravated robbery in 2010, and he was sent to prison for 41 months.
The second was for threatening to burn down the house of an ex-girlfriend in April 2015, following a bitter breakup.
He was on probation for this crime at the time of the shooting... A Domestic Abuse No Contact Order was issued for Clark, requiring him to stay away from the ex-girlfriend until 2020.[7]
Clark was also awaiting trial for a July arrest for fleeing police in a high-speed chase.

As long as they are unwilling to admit to black-on-black crime, it will never get resolved (understanding, of course, that is the desired status for some who use the black community to further their own gains).
Domestic terrorism, and should be treated as such.

In my opinion the things that screwed these so called black communities was 1. The Great Society, 2. Ghetto Culture 3. Feminism, and 4. voting for the leftists for the last 30 or so years, all that just killed them and I do not know how it will get better, guess that why my family probably does not give a $hit anymore for they came from there.
