I can’t vouch for alternate meanings for “schlong,” but I’ve only heard is used with reference to the male sex organ. But people - including President Obama - who delight in using “tea baggers” with regard to Tea Party members have no right to be offended, nor do those who delighted in Obama’a “lipstick on a pig” comment regarding Sarah Palin.
