So, is the Catholic school going to fold like a cheap suit?
If you think about it, there are no doubt employee benefits which accrue to spouses of all employees of the school. This RELIGIOUS school would, in essence, be giving assent to the wicked lifestyle of homosexuals through their support.
Additionally, employees inevitably participate in many aspects of the life of the school. Do they want sodomites bringing their "spouses" to school functions? Would the school be allowed to bar them? Certainly not.
School hurt themselves with ‘non-discrimination’ policy
This is important.
Christian institutions should not have such policies.
Next it’ll be teachers. The ultimate goal is breaking down the standards that the Catholic Church has established.

This man PURPOSEFULLY told them AFTER he was hired by what I read...if so then it was a set up which most of these turn out to be.
I would abolish the position before I gave up the teaching of the lord in the employing of a role model that openly practice counter to the position.
Teachers are by no means the only role models for kids in school.
Most of us looked up to the janitors, administration, nurses, and kitchen staff. As they were the only people who didn’t expect anything of us.
From what I understand, this one catholic school had a NO discrimination policy - So they would be I nthe wrong for firing him based on THEIR school policy-

And another important point is that this school COULD change their policy immediately and not have to deal with any future homosexual employees but of course they won’t- They should have never had this policy to begin with- now they own their mistake
the alarming thing though is if this judge ruled that all catholic schools can’t ban gay people? I don’t know that he did- perhaps it was just for this one school?

Thanks- at least that is some relief- but I suspect in the next few years we ARE going to see attacks against religious schools forbidding them from adhering to their religious beliefs against gay people- We will very likely see it against the law for a religious school to bar gay people from serving even as teachers-
they dont’ want to because they want to crucify Christians- they lust after destroying Christians - It’s not about anything other than forcing Christians to comply with their sick perverted disgusting violations of nature-
If they truly have religious objections to gay employees then they should update their website to remove the part that says employment decisions are not based on sexual orientation - Link
