Question— is a shopping mall private property, so that the owners of the mall can legally block the protest??
Does freedom of speech, assembly , right of protest extend to a place such as a shopping mall because it is open to the public??
Is this protest going to scare off shoppers from the mall, and will they see their business drop off now and in the future, if the perception gets out there that trouble makers go to that mall???

Yes !
.
Shopping malls are private property, though like all private property in America, courts chip away the foundations.
Insisting that malls are public places brings out the Marxist in most people.
Here’s an admission by some lefties on the status of the MOA:

“Is this protest going to scare off shoppers from the mall...”
It has already scared off a middle school choir. They cancelled their trip to the Mall to perform a Christmas concert on Wednesday.
