The definition of Natural Born Citizen was re-defined by an illegal Senate resolution in 2008. Its over and things are not going to change back. Not unless the Supreme Court decides to take up the issue and they don’t want to touch it with a 10 ft pole.

No, what’s bizarre is defending Gowdy while he pimps for Marco Amnestio and enables Obama’s TPA for his globalist big donors.
Anybody doing their homework has know for quite some time that while Gowdy plays a good conservative on TV he is far from the genuine article.

But that definition makes absolutely no sense...
So an American by birth single mother travels to another country and gives birth in another country.
This mother has no allegiance to any other country.
Who would this child that is born be a citizen of.
The Child Is the citizen of the Mothers country.
But if an American Mother is married to a Non American father, the child’s citizenship is determined by the father?
False.
A Birth certificate from the US, or a foreign birth certificate from a US parent is a US citizen. There is no naturalization process required for those beyond the birth certificate.

Would the Founders qualify someone as a natural born citizen who was born to a non-citizen parent, had dual citizenship at birth and later that needed to be renounced, born in another country,but with one U.S. citizen parent ?
As a person of honest good will, do you think our Founders would have considered that person a natural born citizen? Or?...As a person of honest good will do you think the Founders would have considered him not eligible for the position of president?

Congress later changed the law to not exclude One’s Mother being able to enable NBC.
Have not heard of some Congressional change may also affect Rubbeio’ NBC. Regardless, I oppose him for many other reasons.
