This female driver had recently moved to the Vegas area from Oregon.
The Halloween shooter in Colorado Springs who randomly killed 3 people (not the PP shooter, but the one 4 weeks prior) had recently moved from Oregon.
And then there was the community college Oregon shootings Oct. 1.

#1...Require background checks and a 7 day cooling off period for anyone purchasing a car.
#2...Prevent anyone on the no fly list from buying a car.
#3....Declare any car with an automatic transmission to be an assault car and ban them.
#4....Close the used car lot loopholes.
#5....All cars should have low capacity fuel tanks.
#6....Declare using a car as a weapon as being illegal.
#7....Issue an executive order making murder illegal. (This one will stop the madness!)
#8....Before being issued a set of car keys one must pass a car safety course.
#9.....Make it illegal for anyone to own or operate an unregistered car.
#10....Designate all sidewalks and pedestrian pathways to be car free zones.
Common sense car laws will solve this problem. Stop blaming the drivers!
