Short of the Supreme Court making a ruling on the matter, I would say that pretty much settles this debate.

If they (ScotUS) ruled against a ban, I would not consider the debate settled. Charge 'em with treason and hang 'em.

When we were a sane country, the last time an organization with whom we were at war sent teams of saboteurs to create mayhem in this country, this is how we dealt with it. Six of the eight member team were fried in the electric chair within one month of the landing. The other two got long prison sentences because they had the good sense to turn themselves in and testify against their co-conspirators.

The enemy sent one more such team which got captured and suffered a comparable fate. After that, there were no further attempts. Do you think they learned something here?

I always thought what Trump proposed was just good sense by a leader who's not influenced by this insidious political correctness that has paralyzed most sectors of our society.

What I get really tired of hearing is that Trump's proposed ban of new Muslims "is just not who we are". Bull pucky. If we are to survive as a nation, we not only have to defeat the liberals but must also keep Islamic jihadists out of the country.
