We need another “House” in Congress. The “House of Opposition” made up of non-politician AMERICANS who can fight off all the bull**** the politicians in the “House of Representatives” and the “Senate” comes up with. I’m close to saying to him, “Wait until the next election and it will all become clear to you.”

Most will just stand there and bleed, sad to say. Btw, not to hijack this thread; Tombstone is one of my all time favorite movies. It was period correct in clothing, firearms, colloquialisms, etc, of the day. Russell even packed the real Wyatt Earp’s actual Buttline Special. While Russell was very good as Earp Val Kilmer playing Doc Holiday made the movie for me.

In other words, most other domestic federal spending programs are based on 10th Amendment-protected state powers and associated state revenues that corrupt Congress has been stealing from the states by means of unconstitutional but vote-winning federal taxes, taxes which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

A previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified Congresss limited power to appropriate taxes as follows.

”Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” - Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Remember in November! When patriots elect Trump, or whataver conservative candidate they choose, patriots also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be more willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
