I made the same point on a Thread a while ago.
Another FReeper corrected me saying that those were the first Storm Troopers, not the latest Storm Troopers.
I didn’t get the Memo, so I had to turn in my Nerd Card.
I guess they opened up the Ranks to regular Folks since Terrorists will stop being Terrorists if they get a Job, or something.
Are there any Female Storm Troopers? If not, there will be.

As they said in the movie: they went in for taking kids at a young age and training them — Kylo Ren says that they should take clones. Probably they lost the cloning facilities.
