Afraid of what the media will do if you challenge Obama/democrats on shutting the government down - Check

Afraid of standing up to the limited government standard - Check

Afraid of looking into "the mirror" and answering to your own lies - Check

Afraid of mainstream not buying your disingenuous platitudes anymore - Check

Just being afraid of a Greater power than your own selfishness that you will one day answer to - Check

In the end, we the people are not afraid of the greater of two evils anymore and shun the lesser of two evils despite the idiots who still attempt to pressure those with convictions and principles.

“He also omitted to mention the GOPe’s John McCain, Mitt Romney, Bob Dole etc who “we’re electable”. Only they weren’t. “

Don’t forget George W. Bush. He lost the popular vote in 2000. Had Ralph Nader not been on the ballot, Gore would have won the popular vote in Florida and the electoral college. As it was, Bush won the Electoral College in a squeaker but still received less popular votes than Al Gore.

"Primary them"

Way past that point considering the cowardliness shown. In the general (Hefty contributions will likely propel a majority of liars/milquetoast past the primary), either third party/write in or leave that part of the ballot blank.

"Leader McConnell warns GOP voters: We need candidates 'who can win'" This whore wouldn't recognize a winner even if it walked up and slapped him in the mouth.

It is a known fact that bow-boy wishes to destroy the republican party. Today that feat was accomplished. With the betrayal of the party - their base has vanished into thin air. They will find themselves doomed to kissing the magic muslim’s mystic region for years. It might be suggested to Misty eyed Mitch to shut the hell up and sit down. He and his cohorts have done more than enough damage to OUR AMERICA in one day’s time. It took King George a lot longer than a day to see a war. The pubs might make record time. This four-eyed nincompoop would be the first on the list to see depart. Mitch, your days are numbered just as numbered as Cantor’s were. Kentucky may like you, but the remaining part of America despises the ground on which you walk. You do remember Cantor? Sir you should see the same treatment. WTP are nothing to you but there to do your bidding, change you, feed you, clothe you and just what do WTP receive...BETRAYAL from you and your ilk. We are not happy warriors, but WE ARE WARRIORS and you have earned out wrath!!
BTW -Have a holly jolly Xmas while true Americans are celebrating Christmas Day applauding the lump of coal Santa left in your stocking.

Disgusted, displeased,
demanding your removal from office- This is the first item on my wish list for Santa.

Heather Wilson did better than I thought she would. She doesn’t deserve mention among the likes of Tommy Thompson or Rick Berg (who actually did win narrowly but was robbed by fraud on the Indian reservations) who blew what should have been easy races.

I don’t think the base has vanished into thin air: too many are too uninformed to know even what was done.

Well Mitch, you wily old fart!

Of course you didn't mention how the GOPe had to wreck Christine O'Donnell’s reputation, as well as support a flaming Dem liberal in order to MAKE her “unelectable.” Especially when she proved her electability in beating the pants off of good old Mike Castle in the primary. You had to send out Tokyo Rove to attack her on a daily basis.

You think we don't remember these things. ;-)

What he means is that “we need candidates that can LIE!”

Nothing more to be said.

“Its called EOs. Or, he may just have to disband congress.
Happened in the Roman Republic, and the people supported it.”

Historians for some time believed 1/3 of the colonists favored the American Revolution, 1/3 were loyalists, and the remaining third were fence sitters. Today those studying the revolution estimate 40-55% were patriots, 15-25% were loyalists, and 30-45% were uncommitted.

President Obama’s approval rating has remained consitently in the 40-50% range during his time in office, sometimes going above 50%. His core support, as he ends his second term, is higher than recent GOP presidents. If he does take executive action to stay in office beyond January 1997, he may have 40% of the people behind him.

A January 2015 Gallup Poll indicates 38% of Americans describe themselves as “conservative”. Probably less than half of that 38% would actually take up arms to oppose the formal ending of the Republic. History shows (Germany in the 1930’s, Venezuela and Chile in modern times) when the military stays neutral or supports the creation of a dictatorship, the overthrow of the existing system of government is usually successful.

The US today is polarized and most youth do not know or cherish the Constitution or the nation. Wars and revolutions are fought by youth, not middle age and elderly men. In addition, dictatorships typically fail due to popular uprising, or military opposition, in the first few weeks. If the dictator has months to consolidate power and disarm the population, he typically stays in power a long time.

If Obama disbands Congress, will the youth of American take to arms to oppose the power grab? Will the US military stay in the barracks? Will the governor of any state say no and call out the national guard to oppose a dictatorship. If the youth stay in their homes watching video games, the military stays in its barracks, and the governors of the states take a wait and see approach, it is conceivable Obama or a future president can formally tear up the Constitution and declare a dictatorship.

I was wrong. I wanted Mitch to be Allison Grimes. We’d been better off if mitch had lost. I am now pulling for Paul Ryan to lose. I don’t even care if it’s to a democrat.

I was concerned about Obama having control of the senate his last two years. A GOPe is at least as bad as a democrat and often even worse.
