I think the beard was metaphor for Ryan’s attempts to hide his self-evident RINOness & willingness to submit to the will of the ‘RATS and K-Street lobbyists.
I think we need to leave the pop-psychology to the moonbats and focus on legitimate grievances. Facial hair is NOT on that list.
FWIW every POTUS who had a beard was a Republican.
