I don’t recognize the Castro’s sovereignty over that area myself. They weren’t signatories to either the 1903 or the 1934 treaties, so it wouldn’t be given “back” to them but handed to them for the first time in history.

Exactly right. The military is now denying the press entree to Guantanamo because Obama has deemed it so, to be less obvious as he empties it out in preparation for turning it over to the Castro brothers. The less you see the dwindling numbers of prisoners disappearing before your very eyes and/or that of the press, the better.

Then one day, voila, the vault is empty. Only Geraldo cries. Like Jimmy Carter turning over control of the Panama Canal to Panama, Obama then gifts the Commie brothers, er the Castro brothers with their heart’s desire, total control of Guantanamo. All gone.
