Hate Speech - Any statement that opposes the invasion of Europe.
It does surprise me that nobody has legally challenged the notion of “hate speech” (in EU). It’s a free speech concept, whom decides? Some will say “hate speech” is obvious but it’s not always, it can be in the eye of the beholder. You can silence anyone by taking an *opinion* that what they’re saying is “hate speech” but just declaring it as such doesn’t make it true. Therefore, there should be a legal definition of “hate speech” with a specific declaration of how it does *not* fall within free speech.
If you can’t do that it is just and end-around free speech by the government and violating individual rights. They’re living under soft tyranny and, yet, probably wouldn’t agree (or understand) they are.
