Donald senses the hosts are hostile but he handles them very well.
The audience seemed very excited.
Ripa and Strahan are just doing the orders of those that pay them. Whores.
If I know personality types like Donald, he has already plotted how he will exact revenge on these two O-Bots with all their unprofessional rude behavior. He probably enjoyed their discomfort. Donald has a vain and devilish streak in his nature. Some would call it a healthy dose of cynicism, necessary for a high roller.
I thought it was a good interview.
