There are many misdiagnoses.With the newest early testing it is even worse.
The biggest problem is that people are so selfish as to think that they are entitled to only a perfect child when there is no such thing.
With us, our first son was judged to be 50/50 likelihood. We politely declined their invitation to “terminate”... aside from an obsession with playing hockey, he’s a thoroughly healthy, bright, well adjusted, gregarious 13-year old.
