Martians, capable of obliterating Manhattan.
Godzilla, capable of obliterating Manhattan.
Robot monsters, capable of obliterating Manhattan.
Massive tidal waves, capable of obliterating Manhattan.
Massive Earthquakes, capable of obliterating Manhattan.
Combined natural disasters working together, capable of obliterating Manhattan.
All of these exciting films show the Statue of Liberty half submerged in the sea.

All of these films show a well-oiled defense establishment and NORAD control center all feeding vital information tot eh Joint Chiefs of Staff and the President.
All seem to know what they are doing and the language is quick, precise and to the point.
Air Force One is hijacked.
The President is taken hostage.
The President is almost killed by Martians.
There is nothing that can escape their scrutiny.
The Secret Service is on the ball.
