Radical islamic terrorism has declared war on us, ISIS has declared war on us... they are endeavoring as we speak to wage jihad, and kill as many Americans as they can.
When the Obama administation cannot even say the words "radical Islamic terrorism," much less stand up and confront it, it puts us in a remarkably precarious position...
I don't think we should be indiscriminantly closing mosques, but I also don't think we should be blind to the fact that there have been mosques that have been a nexus for promoting jihad, and we need to use all of the tools of national security and law enforcement to stop any jihadist from murdering Americans.

Sharia Superiority: 33% of U.S. Muslims (~1M) believe that "If Sharia conflicts with the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights", then Sharia "should be considered supreme." (1)
Violence against First Amendment Rights: 29% (~900,000) U.S. Muslims agree that "violence against those who insult the prophet mohammed, the quran, or the Islamic faith is sometimes acceptable." (1)
Sharia by Jihad: 11% of U.S. Muslims (~330,000) believe that Sharia is "The Muslims god allah's Law that Muslims must follow and impose world-wide via Jihad" (1)

As long as we let the Muslims hide their political system and beliefs behind a religious shield we are going to continue to lose our battle with them. Have you all noticed America is having a hard time understanding how a holy place such as a mosque could be used for nefarious purposes.

WTH is talking about closing mosques as the answer and what effect would that have in any event? Isn't it most probable promoters of jihad would just move to a different structure or no structure at all?
Islam is a peaceful religion only if you remove its Koran and its Sharia Law; otherwise, those two elements render it a murderous cult, and one within our borders.
We should be very concerned when folks are described as "devout muslims".
