This is a violation of the Second Amendment, whether we like it or not. If a state sets a precedent like this that goes unchallenged, it’s just a matter of time before “terror suspect” becomes defined as “anyone we don’t like.”

Good idea, bad execution.

However, do our rights apply to non-citizens? If not then banningsales to terrorists is a good thing, is it not?
