Just announced. RT 9 in Marlboro closed to all traffic due to suspicious package on NJ Transit Bus. Passengers evacuated. State Police on scene.
Hopefully someone accidentally left their purse or backpack on the bus.
Highway now reopened. Suspicious device. Investigation being turned over to Marlboro Township Police.
Dry run.....
Earlier this morning they were saying it was closed because of an accident...

What about that “bomb” they found in Tacoma, Washington yesterday?
There has been no information about where it was found, who made it, or if it really was a bomb.
There seems to be an increase in dry runs.
I grew up just a few miles south of there, in Freehold. That is going to cause a BIG traffic problem.
Glad to be in Texas now, for a lot more reasons than the traffic (though it never hurts to be reminded of that - it makes up for the lack of really great Italian, Chinese and Jewish deli food down here).
