So where was the march for Tyshawn Lee?

Where were the demonstrators barring access to stores in Chicago's premiere commercial district on the busiest shopping day of the year? Where was Rev. Jesse Jackson, joining his voice with a thousand other people demanding justice? Where were news media, beaming the images out to the world?

There ain't no money to made from it. Black man killing a black child has no revenue potential.

It happens EVERY day in cities all across the Country. Each morning I turn on the local news to get the weather, but instead I'm treated to a hour of the crime report off the police blotter with daily stories like this.

Leonard Pitts Jr., this is what happens when you believe in unicorns shitting skittles and pixie dust.

You finally realize after 8 years you’ve been used like a plantation slave.

How’s it feel?

I expect next week Ole Leonard will be back to writing screeds attacking anyone that dare call Nero the tool he is.

He agrees with the Spike Lee movie about the causes of black on black crime:
“It identifies those forces as: the NRA, which contends that the problem with a nation of an estimated 310 million firearms is that we have too few guns; the politicians too gutless to stand up against the gun lobby; a black unemployment rate that is perpetually double the national average, and disinvestment in our cities even as we spend billions to rebuild Afghanistan's and Iraq's.”

Not mentioned; personnel responsibility, break down of the black family, fatherless boys, acceptance of drug use, dependence on welfare, cheapening of black lives through widespread abortion in black communities, rap glorifying the thug life...on an on. Just blame the white guys at the NRA..swing and a miss!

“Just blame the white guys at the NRA..swing and a miss!”

And what is never mentioned is that the reason the NRA was created in the first place was to help train blacks to defend themselves against democrats

Like, "Thank you, sir! May I have another?"
