Another problem I see, is that EBT users do their *shopping* at a quickie-mart ....where food stuffs are much more expensive than regular grocery stores.

Also they buy prepared foods...rarely cooking from *scratch*, which should be less expensive. I see them purchase store-roasted chicken, when they could roast a Purdue chick at home in about an hour...for .89/lb.
A lot of them get sold at less than face value for cash that can buy things food stamps can’t.
