That was the plan of both parties from the beginning, so fixed it was upheld by that ultra conservative Judge for Life John Roberts. Business has wanted out of that mess for years and the GOPe was glad to oblige.
Personally I think most medicine will be practiced by (IA) robots in the very near future.
