Isn’t it ironic that a Messianic Jew, Nicholas Thalasinos, was one of the people killed in the terrorist attack in San Bernardino. Nicholas was a co-worker with the shooter, and had argued with him, saying that Islam is violent. Maybe that is why he was killed, to show how non-violent Islam is. He is reported to have been threatened with death just hours before the attack. The NY post is reported to be using the fact that he called Islam violent a possible reason for the attack. Nicholas Thalasinos was a friend of mine on Facebook. He was a critique of Islam and a supporter of Israel. He was also a Messianic Jew.
The NY Post paid tribute to him by mocking him and his posts about Islam and they all but called him a hateful bigot.
No condemnation is made OF THE MUSLIMS THAT MURDERED HIM IN COLD BLOOD.
Couldn't you make a compelling case that Nicholas was right about Islam?

The Messianic Jews I know are Christians with touches of OT Judaism added. I suspect this man was, also. He did tell the guy to ‘take the Million Muslim March’ and stick it. Good for him.

Messianic Jews still consider themselves Jewish. They were born Jews and decided that Jesus was the Messiah.

But what has Islam contributed lately (say from the time of the Shores of Tripoli)?
Christianity is more or less a branch of Judaism. Jesus was an orthodox Jewish Rabbi by all standards, with the addition of also being the Son of God.
My wonderful pastor, Lon Solomon, is a Messianic Jew, although he does not observe the traditional Jewish holidays, he frequently says he is Jewish...uses it a lot in his witness.

That's about it as far as I can determine. I'm not going to say that none of the Moslems who live/have lived in this country are/were worthless, but the culture/religion itself has brought nothing of value to the U.S. In fact, because of the murderous intolerance of Islam, some 3,000 people were murdered on 9/11/2001, several large and costly buildings were destroyed or heavily damaged, 4 perfectly fine jetliners were destroyed, we were forced to go to war - at great cost in blood, misery and treasure - and we have a horrendously intrusive "security" apparatus that violates our privacy and other basic Constitutional rights at the disposal of the government that would not have been justifiable without the WTC and Pentagon attacks. THAT is what Islam has contributed to the U.S.
They were two hate-filled, bigoted municipal employees interacting in one department. Now 13 innocent people are dead in unspeakable carnage.
