Sen. Lindsey Graham said it's time for Republicans to rebuke presidential hopeful Donald Trump, urging his party to tell Trump to "go to hell."
"You know how you make America great again? Tell Donald Trump to go to hell," Graham said on CNN's "New Day" on Tuesday, picking up on the GOP front-runner's famous slogan, "make America great again."
The South Carolina Republican was responding to Trump's statement released Monday calling for the U.S. to ban all Muslims from entering the country. He said Trump's rhetoric benefits ISIS in helping them recruit and called out other presidential candidates for not being stronger against Trump.

He specifically spotlighted his fellow GOP presidential candidate, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, for not condemning Trump strongly enough.
"This is not a policy debate, Ted," Graham said.
On Monday, Cruz said Trump's positions are not his own when asked about the call to ban Muslims and described his own proposals to place a moratorium on Syrian refugees ...

And it was Trump who needed to sign a loyalty oath? The way these entrenched beltway losers like Graham, Flake, Kasich, and others talk, it’s abhorrent. Anyone who acts like that is dead to me. Trump, for whatever faults, has brought more interest, more people and more energy than anyone in over decade. This party was dead-man walking and has turned their guns on every person who has tried to bring any level of enthusiasm. Trump happens to be bigger than they are, and their behavior is gross.

I think their scheme is so poorly devised....that they will have to find some one-trick-pony to run on a third-party against the GOP Trump.
It’s hard to imagine where this one-trick-pony will come from....but it’ll have to be someone even crazier than Trump, and help to bring Hillary the nomination.
I told Lindsey Graham to go to hell last November, I voted for a Democrat for the first time in 30 years...didn’t even know his name...ANYBODY would be better than Graham.
You can’t toss someone out of the party. There is no membership to revoke.
