I would like for you to explain how Trump's proposal is unconstitutional?

Don't tell me it is that “freedom of religion...free speech” thing.

We are talking about national security and terrorism masquerading under the guise of religion is not religion. Also slow readers seem to miss it that Trump does not say anyone should be banned permanently.

His position is that the ban should last until we figure out how to successfully vet those who would come here.

Please explain where in the Constitution is says that we can not keep out those who would destroy us?

It is of interest that those who would rip up or constitution over matters of state and local rights, such as schools, health care, right to be secure in our personal papers, 2Nd Amendment rights, etc., are so quick to cry "unconstitutional.

Not a Trump fan but nothing unconstitutional about banning non citizens from traveling to the US. Congress can do it at any time.
