I did need to get into China a few years ago because sister was travelling there and a serious terrorist threat. Surprised the Chinese let it through but I heard from her, she was glad to know and was staying in smaller hotels which relieved me some.

Trump wants to shut down the portion of the Internet that the Muslim use to recruit our young people from joint ISIS....he has said in a lot of his speeches that the ISIS is smarter than we are when using the internet to recruit...
He’s not talking about shutting everything down, just what will harm our young people...
last month alone there was a report from ‘Washington post’ where they stopped 250 people from here that were headed to Syria...but then again that’s the ‘Washington post’ so believe if you will....

It is NOT what he said. just another example of media tinkering with his words to get what they want, something they think is inflammatory. I heard his speech and this bit is completely out of context. He was referring to the use of Facebook and other sites, some completely private, which the terrorists are using for recruiting and it is believed, for planning terrorist strikes. Trump believes we need to find a way to stop the terrorists from spreading their evil on the internet.

Agreed, but it doesn’t fit the agenda of the MSM and, sadly, many on this forum (although a lot of them have registered in the last year).
He is good buddies with the Clintons. I can see how the conversation went before the campaign started- “Hey Hilly, I am going to say some unpleasant things, but don’t worry. It is just for television, and those ignorant bumpkins in Iowa and South Carolina. We can be best pals again after the election.”
