If president Obama had sworn allegiance to ISIS last night, the RINOs would not move to impeach.
A President can only be impeached if he is likely to have committed a crime.
Ineptness, incompetence, neglect of duty, stupidity, foolishness, laziness, etc. are not grounds for impeachment of a President.
Impeach in the House and vote to remove takes place in the Senate.
Clinton was impeached but the Senate did not remove.

Impeachment in the House is not a big deal (grand jury in essence), it is the Senate voting to remove that would be a Big Deal (trial).
True dat. McConnell, McQueeg & Friends are only adamant about one thing ... there is nothing that would make this Congress "shut down the government".
