Who speaks for Islam? Allah! Through 'His' 'Prophet' Mohammed, as compiled in 'His' book, the Quran. Examples from which are cited in the source. Moreover 'He' claims 'His' book, along with the examples set by 'His' 'Prophet,' are sufficient for everything and for ever, so that no one else would ever speak on their own for Islam, rather they'd just cite from those infernal 'eternal' sources.
