Seeing as how Trump would be ahead of Hillary if he was running in the Democratic Party primary, I don’t think so.
Why the question, then?
I believe that a lot of Trump’s support is coming from active (or currently unaffiliated), disaffected union members.

Cruz is a very fine man, but his refusal to define his agenda going forward on the illegals already in the country is somewhat troubling, somewhat.
As with the other gentleman, my union label is also USA only differing with another USA (Army) both lifelong Army Brat until they joined me making me a Vet as well. I own my engineering design and development company for virtually anything mechanical, electro0mechanical and professional racing. We also are dealers for many racing Data Acquisition and engine management systems.
They tend to vote Democrat.

Well, I do not listen to Newt Gingrich. Never have, never will. He usually succors non-thinkers and thinking thieves.
