It is. We should be able to carry guns wherever we go. There shouldn’t be gun-free zones unless there’s a security concern, like military bases.

There have been threads on frequentflyer.com over the years about people with common names being placed on the so-called no-fly list.
People named Jack Smith, Alexandra Hayes, David Nelson, etc. are on those lists, and while they are not barred from flying, they have to go through extra, time-consuming and intrusive hassles at the airport when they have to board a plane.
A group of these people appeared on 60 Minutes a number of years ago to talk about their hassles and aggravation at the airport.
Even the late David Nelson, son of Ozzie and Harriet Nelson, used to get hassled at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Calif. when he wanted to board a plane.
There is no due process and it seems impossible to get off these lists.
Someone, somewhere with one of these common names has an outstanding warrant for something or another, but none of them are a threat to civil aircraft.
The whole system is a sick joke.
