It would be the crowning glory of his legacy and his mission of destruction of America. At least...he thinks. It's a win-win for him. Even if (or when) his efforts result in the chaos and bloodshed of another American civil war ....Obama's name would be all over it and his mission would be considered a success.
A success....mainly because I have no doubt that if America devolves into another civil war (which will be even bloodier and more devastating to America than the first was)....our 'enemies without' will swoop in and take full advantage of our state of upheaval by attacking and finishing us off (or trying to).
