I just emailed Lamar Smith, my representative, and told him to impeach Zero or invoke the 25th Amendment to remove him from office. I tried to email the bearded Paul Ryan (who appears to be a recent convert to Islam but I digress) but because I don’t live in his district was unable to do so.
What is so tough about criminal law is having to wait until an obvious bad actor makes his move. If he's a traitor like V.K. Krishna-Menon, 50 years ago, then it's too late to repair the damage, after he's done it. Ditto the spy cases.
Seven years ago we all pretty much knew it was going to be as bad as it's been, and that a traitor was what he was. Proving it, making the claim stand up in the face of Journoiist jeering, was the tough part without evidence.
Now that Boehner's gone, it's time for the House GOP Caucus to get busy preparing impeachment articles -- to make the DemRats defend Obama in the open, all the way to the election. Make those 'Rat senators stand up and vote in lockstep the way the Exalted Cyclops of the Senate did in 1999, to defend The Rapist.
Let them explain themselves to the "moderate" voters. Let's see if that bad taste in their moderate mouths from F&F, Benghazi, and the rest of Obama's slime goes away before Election Day.
BTW, Article III charges needn't be impeachment charges, tho' they could be. They could be brought by a new AG after the GOP Pervy Boys' Club has been tossed aside, the ones who argued against prosecuting The Klintonx when Dubya came into office.
