After all those reporters were let into the San Bernardino shooters' apartment, we'll never know the identity of those ME guys who the neighbors say were in and out of the garage. Bet we have a long, long list of unknown subjects and many who just happen not to show up on federal arrest records. Will we ever see January 2017?

I have to dissent because, while you claim to quote the constitution, you don't, and add a lot of words that dont' appear there. Article III section 3 reads, in its entirety, "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

That is it. Nothing more or less. I don't disagree with your point, but we only have one constitution, and those of us who believe in it ought to honor it by quoting it accurately.
