Why would anyone hate the guy?
I hope he’s mature to know that haters are always gonna hate, and envious people will always feel a loss when someone else gains. In short; screw ‘em!
He is taking jobs from others.
He has no life.
His success implies makes my 30 year 11% ARM is not a good deal.
He is living the Canadian dream.
What not to hate about the guy?
The crabs in the boiling pot want to make sure none of the other crabs escape.
Jealousy.
Same reason we build up heroes and then squeal with glee when we tear them down.
Part of it is the drawing of attention to yourself. What he did was admirable as far as paying off his debts and taking responsibility. But why brag about it? It’s similar to people who lose a lot of weight, or run a marathon and then won’t shut up about it. Or, my personal favorite, someone who donates a ton of money to a good cause and then gets tons of publicity and wants people to suck his you know what.
I guess I like humble people. Anonymous donors, etc.

Does ANYTHING in the public square in our country make ANY sense, anymore? Even a little?
With liberals it's almost a reflex to hate responsible people who make them look bad.
Jealousy.
Those who love dependent servitude would hate what he represents. Same as they hate deists, off-the-plantation blacks and non-feminist women.
So what is everyone's else excuse?
