A federal judge has banished the Baby Jesus and the Three Wise Men from an Indiana high school’s Christmas musical.
U.S. District Court Judge Jon DeGuilio, appointed to the bench by President Obama, issued an injunction against Concord Community Schools on Dec. 2.

EVERY TIME they move to ban Christmas or anything Christian or Jewish related, we need to MAKE SURE that any proposed ban includes Goat-fugger religions too.
They are going to try to ban Christian and Jewish religions anyway, so why not use their own rules against their favorite religions
Sue them for DISCRIMINATION
Do it anyway. Tell them to go to hell and invite a bunch of armed Oath Keepers and other like-minded folks to be shepherds watching over their sheep.

This is a huge opportunity for Gov. Mike Pence. He should not only defy the order, but he should attend the play personally and order state troopers to take no action. Pence should hold a press conference explaining to people how the federal government has no jurisdiction over the states on matters of religion, thanks to the first and 10th amendments
Simple solution - put on the rest of the performance. When you get to that portion of the program, you leave the stage dark for the same amount of time that that portion would have taken. Have an announcer state that the planned portion has been censored by an Obama appointed judge because it contained Christian speech. If there is time, read off the names of the senators who voted to confirm the judge. Let folks sit in the dark for several minutes to think about that. Then resume the production.
This judge was previously appointed U.S. Attorney for that district by Bill Clinton. What a gem!

With their fluid definitions of race, the San Bernadino killers were, indeed white. In more favorable circumstances they would be characterized as non-white. Same with those termed Hispanics. Some of them are white in a north European sense, and many in a Central European sense.
The First Amendment forbids the FEDERAL government from establishing a religion.
There is nothing that forbids a STATE from establishing a religion, or even favoring one.
Tell the judge to piss of and hold the show anyone.
Let the court of public opinion decide.
