I was already there. The attack happened as the event was ending. The FBI considered us witnesses so I probably would have been accused of impeding an investigation. Plus I just wanted to get out of there, we were there for hours. My car wasn’t released to me until noon the next day. The news interviewed me and I told them that in America we should be able to draw anything we want without fear of violence and the terrorists didn’t scare me. The ran it several times on the news.
