At school on Oct. 24, 2014, J.A. misheard what a friend told her. "It sounded like you said, 'We're going to play with chemicals,'" she told the friend, and both girls laughed.

Two other girls told a fourth-grade teacher that J.A. and her friend were talking about chemicals. The teacher sent them to report it to a guidance counselor.

Gee, I wonder why the police are losing the support of the public. Ten year old girls arrested and held for hours with NO evidence. I’d sue the school, the principal, the guidance counsellor and the teacher in addition to the police department.

This nonsense police state has GOT to stop before it turns ugly. NOBODY will like the results of the public getting mad as hell at the badge wearers.

Parents now need to take responsibility for their own kids’
education. With the current state of affairs with Muslim
terrorists & other stuff, it has reached the tipping
point.

This “chemicals” situation is very different from the little
“clock” maker, Mohammed, & his troublesome family. That
bunch needs to just stay away. This “chemicals” thing has
been overblown (understandable in today’s climate) and is
apparently being milked for all it’s worth by ACLU’s
parasite lawyers.

Someone detains a third grader for hours b/c they thought she said the word “chemicals”...

They detain a Muslim for making a faux clock bomb and everyone loses their mind!!

I did not think you could even question a minor for 5 minutes without a parent present.

Just the other day, 5 elementary school kids in Rhode Island, age 10-11, were arrested for planning to make a vinegar and cinnamon bomb. I’m not sure how vinegar and cinnamon can be made into a bomb, and probably no one else knows either.
