Notice that the moronic Collins-ME and liberal Kirk of IL voted with the Dems.
This passed with 52 votes, whereas 51 votes were needed.
The GOP passed this by ONE vote.

Though Obama's overhaul was enacted five years ago, GOP members of Congress have yet to produce a detailed proposal to replace it. Horse hockey! They had at least three bills - the longest only a couple hundred pages. Short and to the point. The dems wouldn't allow them to be brought up for discussion or votes.

Thank you for referencing that article VinL. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.
As previously discussed concerning Congresss so-called repeal of Obamacare, please consider the following. Regardless of 2014 campaign promises to repeal Obamacare, representatives and senators knew that RINO-controlled Congress would not have the constitutionally required supermajority votes to overturn an Obama veto of any bill that dares to repeal unconstitutional Obamacare.
And corrupt Congress is now arguably recycling its broken promises for 2014 elections for the 2016 elections!

This is all about the RINOs running the Senate to print up a few show bills so their show ponies can get a recorded vote to campaign on next year knowing full well Nero will veto it and that will be the end of it .
So last summer Ayotte said she wouldn’t waste her time voting on legislation that couldn’t get 60 votes.
Anyone need to check the record to see how that little show pony voted?
