It’s like there’s some kind of secret list which reporters use to coordinate what they are going to say.

All part of never letting a crisis go to waste. If people find comfort in (the real) God, they are far less likely to spend time being angry at whichever politician you tell them to blame.

It's like there's some kind of secret list which reporters use to coordinate what they are going to say.

There is. Last decade it was called Journolist. They would coordinate who would ask what at the press conferences and discuss what the daily talking points and phrases would be. They got exposed and no doubt have re-established their circle jerk collusion someplace else.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JournoList

The contributors discussed killing the Wright story, as it was reflecting negatively on Barack Obama. In a separate discussion, about an ABC News-sponsored debate between Obama and Hillary Clinton, Michael Tomasky, a writer for The Guardian, also tried to rally his fellow members of JournoList: "Listen folks - in my opinion, we all have to do what we can to kill ABC and this idiocy in whatever venues we have. This isn't about defending Obama. This is about how the [mainstream media] kills any chance of discourse that actually serves the people"

---

compare and contrast that media bias with the attacks on Trump, Carson, Cruz, et al.

Yes, the JournoList reborn.

Well, let's find it, download it, and throw it in the streets with the names left in.

BTW, the New York Times sent a political writer, Adam Nagourney, not a crime writer, to cover San Bernardino.

They're pushing the "workplace violence" meme.
