As President Barack Obama meets with world leaders at Parisâ United Nations summit, House lawmakers passed legislation to undo a key part of the presidentâs global warming agenda Tuesday.
House lawmakers passed resolutions to repeal the Environmental Protection Agencyâs so-called Clean Power Plan. House passage of the anti-EPA resolutions comes just two weeks after the Senate passed the Congressional Review Act resolutions to repeal federal rules on power plants.
âThe EPAâs regulations on power plants are well beyond the authority Congress delegated to the agency,â Alabama Republican Rep. Gary Palmer said in a statement of the votes.

The problem is that he claims he has the right to make ‘certain parts’ of an agreement legally binding just like he did with the iran agreement-

Except that somehow he made his ‘iran agreement’ ‘legal’ without congressional approval- and now congress is simply going along with it
