To my knowledge they changed that law after Clinton left office, he will get protection for a couple more years then after that he is on his own, but Clinton is the last person to get protection for life.
Obama signed legislation in 1913 to reinstate lifetime protection by SS for all Presidents, their spouses and children, protection that had ended with Clinton. So now Bush, Obama and future Presidents are covered.
